Controls Engineer

Bakon designs innovative machines and equipment for the bakery and food industry, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and sustainability. We are now part of the Food, Health, and Nutrition (FHN) division of Coperion, in the Hillenbrand group.

Requirements

• Four years of college or technical training in electrical or controls engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with PLC controls is preferred (Lenze, Siemens...)
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and via telephone
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good analytical skills. Attention to detail, with strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel by car and airplane (around Europe)
• Willingness to work overtime and dedicate necessary time to meet project deadlines
