We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Goes, Netherlands. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for testing and installing new machines and production lines, performing maintenance at customer sites, and analyzing and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Study drawings, specifications, and complaint data to prepare for work activities.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, and customer support to schedule and execute work.
• Assemble or modify machines at customer sites using electrical tools.
• Adjust, configure, and commission machines using computer programs and specialized equipment.
• Support customers in starting up production lines and resolving initial shortcomings.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel.
• Complete and transfer machines to customers after successful qualification processes.
• Perform service, repairs, and inspections on installed machines, including resolving issues related to hardware, software, mechanics, and processes.
