Process Lead

Manage Invoice Verification, Processing, Reporting on a Regular Basis. Supervise and manage the accounts payable department and staff in the organization. Resolve Invoice Discrepancies by coordinating with purchase team and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of any accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping.
