Senior Process Associate

The Senior Process Associate will manage invoice verification, processing, and reporting on a regular basis, resolve invoice discrepancies, and assist in month-end closing. The role will also involve exposure to vendor aging, email management, and stakeholder management, as well as ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge of any accounting software will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping
