Conrad Bali - Hotel Manager

Conrad Bali is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a team of executives and inspire a culture of excellence, financial stewardship, and guest experience that embodies the brand's promise. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for delivering hotel budgets, forecasts, and setting short and long-term strategic goals for the property.

Requirements

• Proven Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience with luxury experience
• Strong Operations background with F&B experience is preferred
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality tier
• A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
