Conrad Bali is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the team and uphold the brand's pillars of Bold Design, Purposeful Service Passionately Delivered, and Experiences with Impact. The ideal candidate has proven hotel management experience and strong financial acumen.

Requirements

• Proven Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience with luxury experience
• Strong Operations background with F&B experience is preferred
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality tier
• A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
