Job Description
We are looking for a Hospitality Professional - Kitchen Steward to complete our kitchen team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a clean and tidy working environment for all hotel outlet kitchens, working effectively within the Stewarding team to ensure hygiene and WHS requirements are met, and ensuring correct maintenance of all operating equipment and dishwashing machinery.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning/stewarding experience in a Hospitality environment is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work within a team
- The flexibility and availability to work weekends, early morning breakfast shifts and on a rotating roster
