Learning & Development manager

A Training Manager will support learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework, developing functional excellence and leadership capabilities among Team Members. The role involves inducing, coaching, and mentoring new Team Members, delivering training programs, and preparing annual training plans and calendars.

• Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
• Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training or Human Resources
