Sales Manager - West Coast Small Group On Property - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts. Represent the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of Hotel experience in guest contact areas.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel on short notice and adaptable to schedule changes.
• Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills.
