Hotel del Coronado, a Curio Collection by Hilton, is looking for a Seasonal Sushi Cook to join the Nobu team. The Sushi Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi and sashimi, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sushi station.

Requirements

• Prepare and serve high-quality sushi and sashimi
• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team
• Properly store and handle all raw ingredients and prepared sushi items
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
