Requirements

• Prepare and serve high-quality sushi and sashimi
• Prepare cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, and garnishes
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized sushi station
• Ensure all sushi and sashimi are made with the utmost attention to detail
• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
