Job Description
Hims & Hers is a public company looking for a Managing Counsel, Corporate & International to support the establishment and growth of its international business. The role involves advising on legal issues, overseeing legal structuring, and coordinating with external counsel.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
- 8+ years of experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house in corporate law
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in different regions worldwide
