Job Description
Hims & Hers is seeking an outstanding Managing Counsel, Privacy/AI to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. You will lead our privacy and AI legal functions to continue efforts to build our governance program and provide teams from across the company with actionable legal advice on various state and federal consumer and health privacy and AI laws, rules, and regulations impacting the products and services offered through Hims & Hers.
Requirements
- Lead the Company's privacy compliance program
- Guide the development of the Company’s AI program
- Partner closely with our marketing, product and engineering teams
- Provide strategic counsel to our Government Affairs team
- Develop and maintain privacy and AI trainings
- Mentor and manage a team of privacy counsel and legal professionals
