Job Description
Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Director, Lab Operations to lead the management and growth of their diagnostics and laboratory network across North America. The ideal candidate has experience in lab operations, regulatory compliance, and workforce leadership, and can drive quality, scalability, and efficiency in a high-growth diagnostics environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in diagnostics or clinical laboratory operations
- At least 5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role
- Proven success managing operations across 5 or more labs within the U.S.
- Deep knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, and state regulatory requirements
- Experience establishing and scaling operational processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset and operational discipline
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
