Job Description
Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Director Technology Optimization to lead the transformation of our Clinical and Customer Operations. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to lead teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product and technology experience
- 5+ years in a people management role leading technical teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries is preferred
