Job Description
This English Program Assistant is seeking a motivated individual to join the Learning & Development team. The role focuses on enhancing customer-facing employees' English communication skills through language training initiatives. The assistant will coach employees on pronunciation, grammar, and professional communication, improving performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or in final year of study in English or a related field.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Strong understanding of North American English pronunciation and intonation.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite.
