Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sophisticated selling experience with complex B2B services
- Near-native English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in outbound sales calls and email campaigns with measurable results
- Strong background in consultative selling, not just order-taking or administrative tasks
- Advanced selling skills, including objection handling, consultative questioning, and solution positioning
- Experience with CRM systems, VoIP platforms, and AI tools preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with training/coaching abilities for team development
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with US business owners and executives remotely
- Must be available during US business hours
