Job Description
The Level 2 Support Technician resolves escalated technical issues, contributes to process improvements, and mentors junior team members in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Requirements
- Handle escalations from Level 1 technicians
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues
- Utilize remote tools, PowerShell, and automation techniques
- Document root causes and resolutions thoroughly
- Follow ITIL best practices
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Level 1 technicians
- Communicate with end users and business stakeholders
