AR Associate

Hireframe is seeking a dedicated and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join their team. The role involves processing customer refunds, managing cash flow, maintaining outstanding invoices, and providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent, remote position with U.S. business hours.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of finance/accounting experience in the area of Accounts Receivable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office
• Experience with NetSuite and/or HighRadius a plus
