AR Collections Specialist

Hireframe is seeking an AR Collections Specialist to support daily operations, focusing on exceptional customer service. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. It's a full-time, remote position reporting to the Head of North American Collections.

Requirements

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in B2B Accounts Receivable or Collections
• Previous experience building and managing external and internal stakeholder relationships
• Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and excellent follow-through skills
• Competitive drive to win customers and internal stakeholders
• Problem-solving and research skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in problem-solving and client follow-up
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred
• Advanced PC skills
