Hireframe is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate high-quality sales opportunities in the construction industry. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and engaging with contractors in Divisions 9 (flooring, drywall, finishes) and 3 (concrete). SDRs will use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and dialers to drive outreach and build customized outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Research and identify qualified prospects within the construction industry.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls and email sequences to contractors and decision-makers.
- Qualify accounts and contacts based on project scope, company size (10–50+ employees), and key decision-makers (CFO, CIO, CEO, estimators).
- Customize and refine email sequences to increase engagement.
- Use HubSpot and Apollo for outreach, and leverage dialers such as Nooks or Orum for efficient calling.
- Review calls and pipeline activity to continuously improve performance.
- Perform data enrichment and cleansing to maintain accurate records.
- Overcome challenges where clients may have limited digital presence (weak websites, minimal LinkedIn activity).
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify multiple points of contact within organizations and expand account penetration.
- Experience selling into Division 9 or Division 3 contractors.
