Serve as the primary contact for customers during the early stages of projects, oversee project quality control, and manage quality control during mass production. Drive the development and continuous improvement of the overall quality management system. Lead team performance management and improve team efficiency, collaboration, and member development.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive quality management within the electronics industry
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline
• Strong team-building skills and an empowering leadership style to foster team member growth
