Requirements

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive quality management within the electronics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline
• Strong team-building skills to ensure team stability and operational efficiency
