Senior HR Associate

Senior HR Associate oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers, and maintaining accurate employee records. Manages attendance and leave tracking systems, handles job postings, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate communication. Oversees payroll processing and employee benefits programs, and addresses employee inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in HR management
• Proficient in all HR functions
• Solid knowledge of national and local labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HR management systems
