Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales role, calling leads all day
• Cheery voice and attitude
• Ability to empathize with dog owners and understand their pain points
• Demonstrated ability to close a sale

Benefits

• $1,500 - 1,900 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise
• Commission Structure: $2 per trial conversion $4 per membership sold
• Goal: ~10 conversions per day ($20–$40/day in commissions)
