Job Description
HireNow Staffing is recruiting a seasoned Tax Manager for a direct placement role with a public accounting firm in Lincolnshire, IL. The Tax Manager will oversee tax engagements, provide advisory guidance, and lead client communications.
Requirements
- Review complex federal and multi-state tax returns
- Conduct advanced tax research and develop strategic tax planning solutions
- Manage multiple tax engagements while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supervise, review, and mentor tax staff and seniors
- Lead client communications and maintain long-term client relationships
- Partner with firm leadership on complex tax strategies and planning initiatives
