We're Hitachi Digital, a company at the forefront of digital transformation, and we're looking for a Sr. Engineer - Service Management to own, design, and implement IT Service Management processes. The role requires strong experience in ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and process analytics, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, End-user support roles, with at least 2-3 years in process ownership or business analysis
- Experience working in global or multi-regional environments is highly desirable
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification is required
