Job Description
Hitec Power Protection Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Power Generation Service Technicians for the US West Coast. The role involves performing corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting AC/DC equipment, and providing technical support to customers. Technicians will be required to be available for on-call rotation and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in power generation industry or transferable field.
- Industrial electrical background and/or knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Electrical testing equipment (Multimeters, Insulation testers, etc.)
- Excellent communication, reporting, and technical skills.
- Intermediate or higher-level computer skills.
- Overnight and Extended Travel Required
- Availability for on-call rotation schedule
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
