Job Description
Hitec Power Protection Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Power Generation Service Technicians for the US West Coast. The role involves maintaining power systems, providing troubleshooting and repair services, and delivering excellent customer support. Technicians will be responsible for on-call rotation, onsite work, and operating in a safe manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in power generation or transferable field.
- Industrial electrical background and/or knowledge (Highly Desired).
- Valid driver’s license required, with good driving record.
- Passport or ability to acquire one.
- Use of electrical testing equipment (Multimeters, Insulation testers, etc.) (Highly Desired).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and technical skills.
- Intermediate or higher-level computer skills.
- Overnight and Extended Travel Required (up to 2 weeks), Short notice.
- Available for on-call rotation schedule.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills.
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Team oriented.
