We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) with a focus on electrical engineering, building automation, or classical building technology. The role involves project management, quality assurance, cost control, and risk management. The ideal candidate has a completed study in building technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, construction execution, or project management of medium to large building projects.

Requirements

• Completed study in building technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, construction execution, or project management of medium to large building projects
• In-depth knowledge of project management and planning and implementation of technical building projects
• Experience in commissioning, acceptance, and handover processes
• Secure handling of AHO, HOAI, and VOB (Parts A, B, and C)
• Developed ability to prioritize, structured and independent working style
• High service and team orientation as well as communication strength in word and writing
• Convincing and sovereign appearance with high quality awareness
• Willingness for professional and personal further development
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
