We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to manage projects from planning to handover with a focus on electrical engineering.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of building technology, electrical engineering, automation technology, building automation or comparable qualification
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, execution or project management of medium to large-scale building projects in the field of TGA, electrical engineering or building automation
• In-depth knowledge of project management and planning and implementation of technical building projects
• Experience in commissioning, acceptance and handover processes
• Safe handling of AHO, HOAI and VOB (parts A, B and C)
• High ability to prioritize, structured and self-responsible working style
• High service and team orientation as well as communication strength in word and writing
• Committed and sovereign appearance with high quality awareness
• Willingness for professional and personal further development
• Mobility and valid driver's license
