Job Description
Hive Health and HPPI are seeking a Legal Manager to oversee all legal and regulatory matters across Hive Health Group, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with their mission. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and strategic, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Management (Philippine JD or Bar qualification a strong plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance function in the Philippines, ideally in insurance, HMO, or regulated financial services
- Proven experience engaging with regulatory agencies (Insurance Commission, SEC, or similar)
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
