Managing Counsel, Regulatory

Hims & Hers is seeking a seasoned, business-minded Managing Counsel, Regulatory to lead the pharmacy and FDA vertical within the legal team and partner closely with business units across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic legal guidance on a wide array of regulatory issues and initiatives, helping drive business goals while effectively managing legal risk.

Requirements

• Lead the company's pharmacy and FDA regulatory legal function
• Provide strategic counsel to the Operations and Fulfillment, Quality, Compounding Production, and senior leadership
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations impacting the practice and operations of pharmacies and other facilities
• Advise on internal facility and site operation assessments and manage any regulatory investigations
• Support the development and enforcement of facility policies and SOPs
• Handle pharmacy and other facility-related complaints, regulatory inspections, and responses
• Advise on pharmacy and facility aspects of business transactions
• Monitor evolving legal and regulatory trends in pharmacy and FDA laws, rules, and regulations
• Mentor and manage a team of regulatory counsel and legal professionals
