Job Description
Hive Health and HPPI are on a mission to make healthcare radically more accessible for all, and we need an Operations & Partnerships Manager to lead our provider network strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, account management, partnerships, business development, or a leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience handling contracts or agreements preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Comfortable working with data and using systems or tools to track performance and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners
