Senior Executive Officer, Office of the Dean of Communication

The position of Senior Executive Officer, Office of the Dean of Communication at the Hong Kong University of Business (HKBU) involves providing secretarial and administrative support to the Dean's office. Responsibilities include managing academic advising, coordinating events, drafting papers, and supporting school activities. Candidates will be assessed with a writing test.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant work experience
• Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Good communication skills and be a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing
• Self-motivated with a pleasant personality and able to work both independently and in a team
