Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced analyst/consultant to join our Transformation Team to drive the AI-Driven Finance Team Transformation across our 500+ staff Finance Group, supporting multiple Business Units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Process Management
• 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and Project Management (PM) experience
• Proven experience in AI/automation in finance or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering
• Experience with low/no-code AI tools or willingness to learn quickly
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
