Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced analyst/consultant to join our Transformation Team. This role is critical to driving the AI-Driven Finance Team Transformation across our 500+ staff Finance Group, supporting multiple Business Units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Process Management, with at least 2+ years in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or Process Optimization.
• 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and Project Management (PM) experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience in AI/automation in finance or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
