Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications
- Knowledge of Backup Tools (Avamar, Veaam), Windows Servers, Redhat Linux 7.x 8.x, VMware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
