Job Description
The Capital Intern – Winnebago internship provides hands-on learning experience and exposure to real-world projects that align with the company’s mission and growth strategies. Interns will gain focused, in-depth experience within their chosen pathway and develop relevant skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Customer service orientation with a strong work ethic
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using standard office technology (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed at least one full semester of college coursework in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
