The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, documentation, and HR project work.
Requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications
- Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and documentation
- Ensure onboarding compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Contribute to talent acquisition and onboarding process improvement projects
- Assist with the implementation of recruitment events and HR initiatives
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in databases
