Senior Construction Superintendent

The Senior Construction Superintendent is responsible for leading and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role involves managing site staff, supervising subcontractors, and monitoring project progress. The position requires extensive travel up to 100%.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 7-10 years in a construction management role
• 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in Healthcare, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, K-12, and/or municipal industries
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures
• Knowledge of all crafts of construction
• Experience managing performance and leading a diverse field team
• General Computer skills (MS Office)
