Traveling Senior Construction Superintendent

This Senior Construction Superintendent role involves overseeing all site activities and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, adhering to budget and schedule. The position requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The position may require frequent travel up to 100%.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent or 1 year as a Senior Superintendent
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures
• Extensive knowledge of construction crafts (carpentry, concrete, steel, interior builds-out)
• Experience managing performance and leading a diverse field team
• General Computer skills (MS Office, Procore)
