Job Description
Hoffman Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction, including preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination. The Project Manager will be the primary interface between clients, design consultants, and trade partners, ensuring project delivery meets safety and quality standards. They will be responsible for coordinating with various parties and driving overall project performance.
Requirements
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner
- Training in design and construction document reading, design specifications, survey theory and techniques
- Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate manner
- Experience in field and personnel management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
