Job Description
Hoffman Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects. This role involves preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The position will require both on-site and off-site work and full employment within the company.
Requirements
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with project management software (Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam)
- Training in design and construction document reading
- Experience in organizing technical data and providing estimation of budget for projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a focus on safety and quality standards
