We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our CRM & Lifecycle team and play a key role in the execution, optimization, and evolution of our marketing automation strategy across multiple initiatives and markets.
Requirements
- Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Manage advanced segmentation, personalization logic, and conditional workflows using behavioral and transactional data.
- Continuously test and optimize automation flows to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to define and consume events, parameters, and payloads.
- Support and validate integrations between internal systems, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Analyze campaign and flow performance, run experiments, and document learnings.
- Translate business needs into clear CRM and technical requirements, ensuring timely execution.
