Job Description
We're looking for a SEM Specialist to manage high-scale advertising strategies on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, dominating the search results page through technical excellence in account structuring, bidding automation, and data-driven optimisation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) managing high-scale SEM accounts
- Deep technical mastery of Search ecosystems, including advanced configuration of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Expertise in automated bidding strategies, with a proven track record of successfully steering tCPA and tROAS models
- High analytical capability to monitor full-funnel performance
- Bilingual mastery in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and data accuracy
- Proven ability to execute cross-platform strategies
- Strong ownership mindset
