Head of Operations

We are looking for an operational leader to take responsibility for our Ready-Mix operations across Scotland and the North of England, overseeing 24 sites and playing a key role in shaping operational excellence across the region.

Requirements

• Managing operational performance across 24 sites, ensuring reliability, cost control, and delivery against budget and strategic targets.
• Leading, developing, and motivating operational teams, building capability, nurturing talent, and shaping a strong succession pipeline.
• Driving continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, quality, and equipment performance across the network.
• Leading Health, Safety & Environmental excellence across the region, setting standards through visible leadership and strong partnership with HSE colleagues.
