Mechanical Fitter

As a Mechanical Fitter at Holcim's Cauldon Low Quarry, you'll play a vital role in keeping production moving and machinery in top condition. You'll be responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out planned maintenance and repairs to the site and equipment.

Requirements

• Mechanical maintenance experience, ideally with a technical qualification (NVQ3 or equivalent) or time served.
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Welding (Shielded metal & Arc) and fabrication experience is desirable
• Previous experience in the quarry is desirable
