Job Description
Holcim UK is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join their maintenance team at the Glensanda quarry in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fixed plant and ship loading systems, working a rotating shift pattern and contributing to a safe and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in a mechanical discipline
- Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or production
- Transferable trade background such as HGV, automotive, or heavy mobile plant maintenance
- Problem-solving and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to work safely and maintain high standards
