Clinical Support Specialist

Clinical Support Specialist role responsible for managing client communication and needs, processing referrals, and scheduling appointments. Ensures efficient and accurate client record management. Provides prescriber support as approved.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting
• Customer service and data entry experience
• Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
